Breath - Connect - Play

For a few moments today, relax and be present. If you are without spare time it can be during a mundane or repetitive task (dishes, shower, walking the dog). Set your attention on a part of the body that may be ailing! If thoughts occur, simply put them away and re-center your attention on your body. For most people, your body is not given attention unless it hurts. Treat your body like a new born baby with complete joy and appreciation for it's existence.

Can you feel it tingle? Does it feel like something is flowing in the area? Can you increase or decrease the sense with your attention? Does it feel different on the inhale vs the exhale? Does it feel different while taking long deep breaths vs short breaths?
